Sessions must be substantive and non-promotional. Product demonstrations and direct business-development activities are not permitted.
The 14 sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-confirmed basis and remain subject to approval by the Summit Organising Committee.

Peak Insights sessions are part of the official Summit programme and are available exclusively to Platinum Sponsors.
They are intended to foster substantive discussion within the international arbitration community and to provide a platform for thought leadership exchange.
Sessions may take the form of panel discussions, workshops or interactive roundtables.
All content must remain substantive and non-promotional. Product demonstrations, marketing presentations, or business development activities are not permitted.
A limited number of sessions are available.
Peak Insights Sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-confirmed basis. Select a Platinum Sponsorship during booking to choose your preferred session. Your selected session will be secured once payment has been successfully completed.

Sponsors may choose to host their Peak Insights session either at their own office or at the Kongresshaus Zurich, subject to availability and at additional cost.
Food and beverage arrangements may be coordinated directly with the venue, also at additional cost.
The selected location must be confirmed by 30 November 2026.

Where sessions are jointly organised, the Platinum Sponsorship fee will be shared as follows:
Where a sponsor organisation partners with an institution (e.g., university, arbitral institution, NGO, etc.), the sponsor organisation remains responsible for 100% of the Platinum Sponsorship fee. The partner institution is not required to make any financial contribution towards the sponsorship.
Each jointly organised session will count as one Peak Insights session.
All participating sponsor organisations are responsible for payment of their respective share of the fee, where applicable.
To support early programme publication and the Summit website launch, sponsors are required to provide information as set out below.
The Summit Organising Committee may request adjustments to ensure overall programme quality and no overlapping topics, including session titles, formats, speakers, or moderators. Final approval of all content rests with the Summit Organising Committee.
