14 sessions · Exclusive to Platinum Sponsors

Peak Insights sessions form part of the official Summit programme, providing sponsors with a platform to share expertise and lead substantive discussion with international arbitration practitioners.

Sessions may take the form of panel discussions, workshops, interactive roundtables, case studies or industry-focused forums.

Sessions must be substantive and non-promotional. Product demonstrations and direct business-development activities are not permitted.

Available session times

The 14 sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-confirmed basis and remain subject to approval by the Summit Organising Committee.

Peak Insights Guidelines

Peak Insights sessions are part of the official Summit programme and are available exclusively to Platinum Sponsors.

They are intended to foster substantive discussion within the international arbitration community and to provide a platform for thought leadership exchange.

Sessions may take the form of panel discussions, workshops or interactive roundtables.

All content must remain substantive and non-promotional. Product demonstrations, marketing presentations, or business development activities are not permitted.

A limited number of sessions are available.

Allocation Process

Peak Insights Sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-confirmed basis. Select a Platinum Sponsorship during booking to choose your preferred session. Your selected session will be secured once payment has been successfully completed.

Session Delivery and Venue Options

Sponsors may choose to host their Peak Insights session either at their own office or at the Kongresshaus Zurich, subject to availability and at additional cost.

Food and beverage arrangements may be coordinated directly with the venue, also at additional cost.

The selected location must be confirmed by 30 November 2026.

Joint Summit Peak Insights Sessions

Sessions may be organised jointly by more than one sponsor.

In such cases:

  • One organisation acts as lead sponsor and primary contact
  • All participating organisations receive equal visibility across all Summit marketing and promotion activities
  • The lead sponsor is listed first for administrative purposes only

Where sessions are jointly organised, the Platinum Sponsorship fee will be shared as follows:

  • 2 organisations – each sponsor pays 70% of the sponsorship fee (CHF 4'830 per sponsor)
  • 3 organisations (maximum) – each sponsor pays 55% of the sponsorship fee (CHF 3'795 per sponsor)

Where a sponsor organisation partners with an institution (e.g., university, arbitral institution, NGO, etc.), the sponsor organisation remains responsible for 100% of the Platinum Sponsorship fee. The partner institution is not required to make any financial contribution towards the sponsorship.

Each jointly organised session will count as one Peak Insights session.

All participating sponsor organisations are responsible for payment of their respective share of the fee, where applicable.

Deliverables and Timeline

To support early programme publication and the Summit website launch, sponsors are required to provide information as set out below.

Session Guidelines

  • Summit Peak Insights sessions are intended to foster substantive discussion within the international arbitration community.
  • Sessions should encourage open discussion and the exchange of ideas, while reflecting the professional standards of the Summit.

The Summit Organising Committee may request adjustments to ensure overall programme quality and no overlapping topics, including session titles, formats, speakers, or moderators. Final approval of all content rests with the Summit Organising Committee.

Allocation and Changes

  • Session allocations remain provisional until all required materials have been submitted and approved.
  • If required information is not received by 16 September, the Summit Organising Committee may reallocate the session, amend the programme, or withdraw the session from the programme.
  • In such cases, 15% of the sponsorship fee will be retained, with the remainder refunded. All decisions relating to sponsorship benefits, session allocation, programme content, and scheduling are final.
